If you can remember the crop circle phenomenon of the early 90’s well it seems all the media attention has scared the aliens into the deep to continue getting their creative juices flowing!
While deep sea diving Japanese photographer Yoji Ookata discovered these mysterious circles intricately carved from sand.
Fear not though, upon further inspection it was revealed that the mysterious circles were carved by tiny fish as this is the way the female fish attract the opposite sex. Later the couple uses the center of the circle to lay the eggs, as the sand ruffles serve as a protection against currents.
Well that’s what they ‘want’ us to believe I’m still hoping it’s the aliens 😉
